RE:RE:Mark This Day On Your Calendar...The Chinese TiO2 Summit was almost one month ago and this is the first time they have disclosed this information. Based on their methodical history and managing expectations I lean toward them being further along in discussions than we know and now in a position that they have to release this information before contracts are are signed.
