RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Black out period?Communication blackouts to the public are more common then you think. Ive seen it happen many times with many companies over the years. Is it defined under a term in the stock market dictionary? 
Maybe not.  But it is a widely used practice.  Dont believe me? Try getting through to speak to the ceo or head of ir within a publicly traded company the day before or even two days before an important NR is to be released...your chances to speak to someone during that timeframe is less then 20% IMHO.  This deal impacts the econimics of an entire country...what do you think the chances are of the ir department ( if you can call it that) of Argex having the time to speak to the public during the signing timeframe of that kind of deal?
