This is last news release, Argex Titanium Inc. has signed a long-term strategic co-operation agreement with East China Engineering Science and Technology Company Ltd. (ECEC), located in Hefei, China, which will provide access to engineering skills. What is this deal, anyone can go and hire engineering company, this is fools release. What about other release where Vietnam company going to financing plant 250 million plant, no proven technology at commercial stage and Argex going to get huge profits, which company is going to do that, only retard one. Mazen has not lied at all, all releases came out in real time and shareholders believed he was the real deal when this was all a mirage.
