RE:RE:A case against conspiracy - Substantial DilutionExactly, Grandpa........ Talk is cheap, watching one's investment in a company go to 0 is not, and taking every precaution to prevent that makes a lot more sense than twiddling one's thumbs and believing in 'blind faith', especially in a market that is notorious for such actions. Of course, we all hope this doesn't go to bankruptcy but bankruptcy is an ugly dirty word for the retail investor in this market and generally causes much grief. Hopes and dreams are almost as bad when the devil is in the detail. While we don't have much power alone to right wrongs, if there are wrongs, our numbers can bring us much more power and most likely is the only say we have. Forget about justice, that's a dirty word too, in today's equity financial network. But, I still have hope and hope Lenumero66 and T005low are right but I'd rather have something that has a little more teeth. Take care all, life will go on regardless. Maybe a little easier for some than others, though...T
