Argex Downfall

Argex DownfallThe thing, I never understood is why would Argex management spend like no tomorrow on engineering when they have no money to build any plant in the first place. If your building a house, let's just go blindly and not finish the house. All those releases through the years were on Memorandum of Understanding, which means nothing in real sense and all this company ever did was just raise money, nothing else. The biggest issue, I always thought to myself was the technology even viable to the commercial state when they have been at this for 10 years, and no takers in the technology. I got it cheap for 3 cents and was hoping to double my money and run, but even I was a fool, writing was on the wall years ago.
