Blueskiesrgx , I had written pretty much the same as you to Mr.Alnaimi, and others via emails to each. What really bothers me is that it wasn't just one or two conspiring to steal Argex but the whole damn bunch of them . Hard to fathom not one decent person in the group, not one person with integrity , morals or ethics. They all voted in to taking Argex into bankruptcy for the sole purpose of personal enrichment. No thought or concerns as to how many shareholders would be destroyed financially and emotionally. Not one decent person to say , hey this is not right, we have other avenues available. Well Mr.Alnaimi and friends, You deserve each other , I hope you all enjoy your blood money. To the shareholders: I say if we can get enough shareholders together we fight with the lawsuit.
