If they ever happen to read this, I just wanted to let them know the damage they have done to someone who believed in the technology and the opportunity to succeed together. 

You have acted unethically, selfishly and if you think you're "not hurting anyone" by stealing the company away from loyal shareholders who have invested and believed in you for years, you are WRONG. This will have a lasting impact on me, and others. All to gain a bigger % of the pie.

You have not acted in good faith. I am sickened by you and know that karma comes around. 

Grandpa and others - where do we go from here?!

Blueskiesrgx,  we need to hear more stories like yours. Put those guys to shame. Put the TSX to shame, the government to shame. Let them know how much hurt they put in your lives by corruptly, or by using the law and their capital to their advantage to steal away a part of your life. It's sickening. That's not my country, the Canada I know and love.. Make RGX an example for all other

I would not consider myself a "big fish" here but I do have an embarrassingly large position in RGX. I whole heartedly believed in this tech & the team since Mazen A took the helm. I"ve invested my entire life savings & more into RGX. I will loose all of my TFSA contribution room, good chunk of my RRSP room & the 700k shares I hold in a cash account. All total about $300

We have also officially lost everything. I am totally f#**ckd in every way.

I have invested considerable amount as well, if they are attempting through this legal stinkhole to steal the company from the shareholders and take it private I am willing to put in more money towards a class action. This is Canada and we have a regulatory commission, we don't have to take this thievery.

I agree Moonlight, i just dont have alot to throw at this without selling other assets. $40k is alot just to get started if there are just a few of us on board.

It's sad to hear such stories but they need to be told. I'm not a religious person but if there is a hell then some of these people causing all that anxiety surely have a front row seat on the bus to hell to visit the devil himself. People seldom hear those stories in the market even though they happen so many times. They really need to be told. We need to join together if it is at all

Blueskiesrgx , I had written pretty much the same as you to Mr.Alnaimi, and others via emails to each. What really bothers me is that it wasn't just one or two conspiring to steal Argex but the whole damn bunch of them . Hard to fathom not one decent person in the group, not one person with integrity , morals or ethics. They all voted in to taking Argex into bankruptcy for the sole purpose of
