RE:RE:RE:Make Argex Bankrupt

RE:RE:RE:Make Argex BankruptIt should be extended past 30 days at least.

Will the patent be approved? They said end of 2QTR so how much longer. What is the patent worth?

Management said their numbers were even better than what previous management stated...which was roughly $1000 per ton net a single by-product.  The improvements to the plant design now result in 4 by-products but I don't recall them ever communicating to the market what their estimated cost per ton of by-product will be. Why?

What about results of most recent drilling on Lac Brle regarding the "interesting" Vanadium grades reported from initial drilling.  $750,000 in flow through shares issued in December. We'll never know what those results were after the company goes private or what that property alone is worth.

The Vietnamese agreement was said to be hung up on legal wording. Seriously? Or will they work that out shortly after the company goes private? How hard would it be to get a copy of the Vietnamese agreement to verify the truth.

Similar question with the Chinese agreement.  Management said the agreement would have immediate financial benefit? Then a few days later they file for reorganization which would wipe out everyone who has supported them the last 3 years. What happened to the immediate financial benefit?

Is is true that they were able to obtain financing the past three years but when they are on the cusp of commercializing the technology no one is interested in participating in financing the last step?

Maybe not fraud...but imo all of this should be investigated by the Canadian authorities.
