RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Make Argex BankruptGrandpa, the judge will probably laugh at your defence on Argex's releases were vague. Your investing your hard earned money, didn't understand what your read, didn't due your due diligence and decided not to contact Argex to get a better understanding of the releases. Mazen and his cronies are relaxed, sitting pretty and waiting for July 29 to pass. The only way your going to even have a chance is controlling the remaining debt outstanding. I'm not sure why you haven't gotten hold of the remaining debt holders and see what can be done. By holding the debt, you will put huge heat on Mazen, taking a page out of Carl Icahn and Paul Singer playbook.
