RE:RE:RE:Excerpt of my email to Mr. GelinasViosimiri,

Nobody can say it was planned. We do not know this. We are all shocked because the company was improving and finally getting near a commercial deal.

The only thing we know, for example, is that the company did not update the website with the recent good news. To us the shareholders, it seems to be a lack of duty to raise the company chance to get some financing. It is the AMF that will decide if this kind of behaviour from the company merits an investigation. After the investigation, if there is one, it is facts that will matter.

I think for the shareholders, it is fair to try to get as much as possible of their money back. Trying the AMF route is part of it.

The company communication has never been good. So, I failed to get a good grasp on what was going on. And frankly, I was not a good investor in this story. I certainly underestimate the financial risk. I should have put less money into this. This is my failure. It would be great to have a clear picture of Argex failures too.

The other day, when I read the creditors list, I realized it was worst then I thought. After this story, I hope to be a better investor. At least, I will win some knowledge. I know it is a very small prize. The money I put here, was money to be put for a high risk - high reward scenario. It is failing. And I feel very bad for all the people loosing money here. Of course, I feel bad for me too. I am loosing some hard earned money. It is a too high percentage of my stock portfolio. This is a very sad ending. It will certainly affect me for a long time.

Tom
