Excerpt of my email to Mr. Gelinas

I have been a shareholder for over 10 years and have added to my position over time.
I believe in Argex's titanium dioxide technology and that it could possibly be a "game changer" in that market.  Especially after recent press releases regarding significant business opportunities in Asia.

I was shocked to read that Mr. Alnami is apparently attempting to steal my investment
and very hard earned money.

I did it too. I listed some of Argex actions (lack of) that might indicate management failure or lack of interest to get financing (private financing for working capital) : website not updated with good news, no publication of exploration results, no public research of financing (pp), no update of technology value... Do you think that was “ failure” or “ planned”?
Comment by TomKCam on Jul 11, 2019 1:55pm
Viosimiri, Nobody can say it was planned. We do not know this. We are all shocked because the company was improving and finally getting near a commercial deal.  The only thing we know, for example, is that the company did not update the website with the recent good news. To us the shareholders, it seems to be a lack of duty to raise the company chance to get some financing. It is the AMF ...more

I just wrote out a pretty long letter to the AMF, listing off all of the major NR and steps that were achieved since 2016 and stating how Argex / Mazen told us that their process would be slow, methodical to midigate risk. As far as we investors could tell, everything was going according to plan. All through the development stages financing was achieved based on faith and faith alone, that the ...more

Maybe it will help that the government will lose their $5M investment...the link is posted on CEO.CA Argex's Valleyfield manufacturing pilot plant of high-quality titanium dioxide pigments (TiO2), a highly sought-after product in the paint and plastic spree, is unlikely to reach the marketing phase. On July 2, 2019, following the filing of a motion by Argex Titane Inc., the Quebec Superior ...more

Specific, send that same message of to AMF and anyone who will listen. If they are allowed to get away with this crooked and deceitfulness against us, the ordinary shareholder, then it's about time for our government to step in and investigate and make and enforce laws for our protection in this God damn (turn your head the other way) TSX and all other Canadian markets. When it comes to this ...more

Turr, let's be honest, unless huge class action lawsuit like smoking, government gets involved, no body cares. How many companies on TSX venture go bankrupt every year and what happens to the poor shareholder. Until the stupid bankruptcy laws change where the old CEO has this loophole, the poor shareholder is screwed.

Mininggeneral, I really don't know what your problem is here?  You told us you have 500 shares or something. You keep telling us it's useless to fight and stand up for our rights. What the #ell does it matter to you..You've had your say, move on. Why are u wasting your time here trying to discourage us from doing anything? What's in for you? Who are you? Or better still who do ...more

Turr, I know your are upset, but I rather be honest with everyone here, then tell them everything will be good, when it's almost the end. It seems Grandpa is firing everyone up, but being useless at the same time. My suggestion is to start a crowd funding, reach out to the remaining debtors, unless Mazen controls 67 percent, and see if there is a solution. The only way you can put heat on ...more
