dilution

Enough with the dilution already !!!
There are more than 3 times and a half outstanding shares in the past 3 years and all bought at next to nothing.  3, 4 or 5 cents
At this rate, it will take 10 joint ventures to get anywhere.

Most "dilution" results from the assumption of unpaid payments in 2016 by the CEO and others in the environment. Another part results, from working without pay since middle of 2016!!.

It did say third and final, so let’s hope the signatures hit the contracts in a couple of weeks and then RGX can get financing for the pilot plant.

Unless a pilot plant is required by the Viet contract, I doubt they will build one. Why do so if they're on course to build a full scale plant...waste of capital.

I agree My guess is given the Viet JV plans have changed with the pilot plant. doesn’t make sense anymore...

Hmmm... I get what you guys are saying, but I guess I thought they’d still go ahead and build their own plant on their own property for additional growth and future revenue. Also they said it would be used for R&D to further streamline and improve their processes and product. Well either way, as long as they continue to make positive strides for us shareholders, I’m pleased. In the mean time ...more

Oh I sure want to see them build their own plant... but why go with a pilot plant first? what remains to be proven if you are already going with a full production plant in Vietnam? I say the pilot plant becomes a useless step; go with the production plant right away!
Comment by TITANIUMJOE on Mar 07, 2019 1:54pm
Yes. Of course I agree the full JV plant first.

The 'pilot plant' is the first stage of the Canadian operations, known as the Technolgy Centre. This location will be used to give customers and partners tours and to refine/experiment with the process. The full commerical plant in Canada will be attacehd to this as a second stage of development scale up. They are not two separate facilites, they are a two stage constructed facility ...more

Yes this was my understanding. I did not consider the geographic locations though. Good point!
