I'[ve been searching for the news release about the LOI that Argex signed to get property at Becancour and can't find it. Looked at Sedar and the Co website but it's eluding me. Someone else please see if they can find it because it seems to have vanished....at least I can't find it. It could tell us something about the company plans if it's been deleted. But I don't want to speculate unless others can verify it's no longer there.

Ontario, thanks for the post but that's not the news release I'm looking for. This one mentions the plant at Becancour but it's mostly about offtake agreements. The one I'm looking for is the LOI announcement...it was about 5 pages long and ended with the announcement that the small scale plant would be pushed back to 2020. I can't find it anywhere...did the company delete it

Nope, that's not it either. That's a 2 page follow up from the AGM. What I'm looking for is the original, free standing announcement of the LOI to build both plants at Becancour. It was at least 5 pages long and ended with the information that the small plant would not begin construction till  Jan 2020.  Seems like you can't find it either. I think I'll go to 8020 and

The summary of the AGM was the link that Ontario gave me, that's not what I'm looking for. Nor is it the MD&A from 2018. It was a free standing announcement of the LOI to get property at Becancour and the last sentence of the entire announcement stated that the small plant was delayed until Jan 2020 pending financing. I've posted the question at 8020 so hopefully they will shed

I know what you are talking about billr861 and I remember very well, I was so disappointed at the time of this new but I dig in everything I have as a site and I find nothing.... But I find your thinking quite logical everything depends of incomes that it will give...
