Status of NEW Patent

With our board now having ceased communicating with shareholders is there any way to find out the status of our patent, for ourselves?

Has anyone put any thought into what the value of our patents are? Maybe rather than fightiung the inevitable, we should be shopping around our patents to all the big players and start a bidding war for them to maximize value? If we do end up filing bankruptcy, it would then be up to PWC to find a buyer for the patents. If Mazen is trying to take the patents private, how would he accomplish this

Cain, you need to lead the crusade and shop the patents out and get more than 4.8 million for the suffering shareholders. Mazen bid is way less than the 1.5 million, so shouldn't be too hard for you? The highest bidder will get the patents, so if nothing comes up higher, Mazen will own it. 4.8 million is lots of money when the tech generates $0.

Menace, Patents right now are worthless because never generated any money, so there is no way to find out. Mazen believes they are definitely worth something, but even he has to raise the 200-250 mill to build a plant. Same reason why when builders sell new homes, normally finish product. This was all a pipe dream without financing.

Turr, I talked to Mr.Gelinas personally a couple of times, and he had stressed that the complaints are taken very seriously but that they are also kept very confidential and he cannot divulge any information relating to said complaints. He was very professional in his answers and very helpful with guidance as to which agencies could be of further help. I respect Mr.Gelinas and the AMF very much
