Sedi, hmm? excuse my ignorance but who would want options on a company that's going bankrupt and shares going to $0 ??? I'm missing something here. Aren't options always rated in shares and share value? Is this options on Argex? confused? but not the first time .LOL

These are the 2018 incentive based award options mentioned as schedule C in the information circular, 10,500,000 options, .04 excercise price, Sept. 5/2028 expiration. I guess the majority voted to approve them. Once Jean Martineau files his 500,000 all 10,500,000 will be accounted for. I wonder when we’ll see the rest of the voting results from the AGM that never happened??

maybe next they'll let us know if the up to 1 for 10 share consolidation was approved...
