The question is, what does the file contain? Does it include things that have not been published in recent months? Because that's the point in the whole story !!

Do interested parties receive information about these processes? A) Spring drilling results on Lac Brule (funded with taxpayers' money) https://argex.ca/images/pdf/en/News-Releases/2019/2019-02-07-news-release.pdf   „We can read there, that the property has had very good drill results in 2018. Where are the results of 2019? Are the results not relevant tot he value of the company??

I agree Ontario, EVERYTHING hinges on info we’re seemingly not privileged to. The solicitation package(“file”) should be public knowledge, should have been sent to shareholders minimum. IMO

SGordon, I received the same email today from Eric Tadros,PWC ,he is a colleague of Philippe Jordan's..........Philippe is who I originally emailed and Eric responded. Thank-you for posting your response. I believe our contacts to the Ti02 manufactureres ,PPG ,Sherwin Williams and others, have paid off. Yes hopefully we’ve been noticed by Alnaimi and he can see that we will be chasing and fighting and will be a thorn in his side.
