Calm down

PwC has the mission to set
  • Interim Financing (DIP)
  • an Investment
  • Sale Solicitation Process
  • Key Employee Retention Program
Everything has been done and the stalking horse bid is an investment in the company.
There will be a massive dilution (don't know exactly how it will be calculated) but I don't think we will be completely wiped out as shareholders. We might get up to 750m shares + warrants and then a reversed split 10:1 and we should have a sound company, debt free and 75 million outstanding shares. This will cater for other means of financing or further investments.

now let's wait to see what will happen. I do not think anyone can change the outcome by raging.

Sure hope you’re right skyy! Can anyone else confirm this? Seems as though most of us are beyond unsure of what effect the approval of this stalking horse bid is going to have on shareholders and the future of Argex.

I’m sure someone will pipe up and tell me I’m overreacting but RGX.TO was removed from the iPhone ticker today. GLTA

Sky, Stalking horse bid winning bid means shareholders are wiped out. If they were not, then Mazen would have done his shareholders meetings, done placement and have shareholders on board. Why would he spend crazy money on lawyers to do this?

Is this your opinion or have you spoken to someone that would give you a high degree of confidence in your expected outcome?

Nap, do you understand when a bankrupt company goes to auction, their assets are seized and sold to highest bidder. Stalking horse won the bid and new company is formed, wiping out old shareholders. Only debtors, debentures have claim on new company, possibly pennies on the dollar.
