RE:RE:Tech Center

RE:RE:Tech CenterThey made the public announcement about getting the gov grant and said they had 80% of the financing "IN HAND"...directly from Mazen, that's 8M.  Soon after that they announced the larger plant size so I wrote and asked them directly if they still had the 8M and got one of those run around answers not answering the question and I took that to mean, no it's gone. If they still had the 8M and only needed 7 more, I think they would have gotten it....but they didn't get it, which again tells me they had to return the 8M. It was going to be a meager 10 tons of production a year, which made it a training and experimentation center which the government was willing to support. Going to a whopping 3000 t made it an enterprise for profit and no longer a simple training and experimentation center. That's a major difference, and I feel  confident why they had to return the 8M. Especially since it was already publicly announced they had it, all they had to do was confirm they still did so it wouldn't be new news, it's confirming old news...they refused to confirm they still had it. What would you take from that?
As far as location, if you're going to spend 200M to build a plant, which would you prefer to see, a real plant or a small scale mock up? And who says everyone is in Canada that might want to build one? Or even the US? This is a world wide enterprise, Vietnam might be closer for them rather than farther for all anyone knows at this point.....but again, if you're going to spend 200M, you're going to want to see the real deal if it exists regardless of where on the planet it is. At least I sure would! As for English speaking, lol, hire a translator for a couple days...peanuts compared to that 200M you're getting ready to drop.
