RE:Black out period?Patience123..... May be the answer to your question............!!! What will be the communication policy? For example, the company may decide not to participate in any call, make any outgoing calls, or any other policies deemed appropriate. The complete closure of any communication could be frowned upon by investors. In addition, if the period of silence precedes a big announcement, a total silence can alert investors about to bring up something big. The company must work in its comfort zone to achieve a good balance of communication.
