RE:New Proposal documents. We are fuc!ed.Tom, didn't I tell here on the board this is exactly how it would play out. The only hope now, is if the Howard Group, I think on the call they had 3 million shares and other stake holders step up and spend the money to fight the lawsuit. If I'm small potato, I would just wait and see if the big boys will step up.
