So, was the News Release on June 4th 2019, misleading to you? Responsibility of Officers and directors to act honestly and in good faith to the best interests of the company. Categories of violation under the Securities Act - making a materially misleading or untrue statement that would reasonably be expected to have a significant effect on the market price or value of a security. Market manipiulation: see the days of trading prior to the June 18,2019 release. respectfully grandpa67

The SEC is a national body in the states and are not afraid to act....Canada?   It's provincial bodies. The largest of the provincial regulators is the Ontario Securities Commission. Other significant provincial regulators are the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Alberta Securities Commission and the Autorit des marchs financiers (Qubec).   They depend on IIROC and who ...more
