project financing

why do we need financing, the vietnam deal stipulated that the project would be fully done by the mine at no cost to argex shareholders,so i wonder now, if this was all bs or they changed there mind and didn't want to finance it all,and the second deal, the firm would bring in there financing

Foot, read carefully what you reading again. Do you even think this is remotely possible when Argex has never produced any income and you expect a Vietnam company to put up 200-250 mill? Maybe Mazen was being played or he was doing the playing, that I don't know, but no one in right mind will agree to these terms.

Minggeneral, you don't know what you are talking about............I think you are related to Alnaimi.

I think you are all bonding together, all new ones appeared since bankruptcy ... Mining, Grandpa and Co.

Operateur, I have been a shareholder of Argex for over 4 years and have invested very heavily.Unfortunately my livelihood is on the line here. I am just trying to help myself and fellow shareholders that are in the same predicament, hoping for the best for all. Respectfully grandpa67

Grandpa, I feel your pain and the pain of many here. It will be a big loss for me as well but nothing like what you people are going through. Keep up the fight for your lives and hope for justice where many things have been done unfairly, laws broken, and ethics were thrown out the window. A product of the Trumptonian era it would seem to be. If it comes down to an investigation then that will ...more

I am in same situation as Grandpa and hoping for the best from Argex but preparing for the worst. If the worst happens it will be equivalent to robbery, fraud and theft and I refuse to walk away from this even if there are legal costs now to deal with. I have always been treated well by the company and believe there is still hope for an outcome that will satisfy the shareholders.

Moonlightsearch and Turr, I hope you are both right and that a positive outcome is on the horizon. ???

i'm also hopping that mazen and co. will  do the right thing, mayby it was the only way to implement a reverse split without being grilled by investors i don't like a split but its better than clossing the doors or give him some more time to back off from pressure by creditors,in china some plants where forced to close do to enviromental problems,so why wouldn't they finance the ...more

Foot, the reason why Mazen put the company through bankruptcy, didn't pay payroll, isn't most of the payroll Mazen and company. Maybe other posters can verify this, but if that was his plan, really evil.

If we go private will be good too. I’ve seen companies paying nice dividends and bonuses to the shareholders - like a nice pension for me, so nothing wrong with that. I hope for something good to happen to us and can believe that after 3 years having invested 70k in this company, will all go down the water

Grandpa, I obviously know what I'm talking about, not part of Alnaimi. So if you don't get the debt, you think all your other ways will work to bring Mazen to the table?
