No SEC laws ? The SEC was defanged by the OFG by not replacing its members . So for 5 years enforcement was impossible . Now that Biden has brought the SEC new and improved enforcement capabilities , we are already seeing the grifters coming to justice . Much more is coming .

SEC.gov press releases . Great reading and watching the scum of the investment world getting their comeuppance . Think the SEC is still hamstrung? Think again . I can't imagine spending months awaiting trial in Rikers island jail cell but then I'm not a criminal .

I read this story on a different platform and came here expecting much heated debate. All I see is typical name calling by shorts/bashers with very little outrage. I'm surprised. The globe, post,BNN, nobody picked up on this? Did you send it to the osc at least?

Why would you think Anson Funds illegally shorting a scam company would be a positive for Facedrive. Its not discussed because it doesnt matter. Tik Tok FD will be going bankrupt soon
