sorry I forgot to add that if the market makes the connection  with KEL and RTK and KEL opens strong and stays strong all day long then I just don't understand why there would be such a large discount between the 2?

the management at RTK is solid as well and the ceo from Celtic sits on their BOD, so the 2 companies are joined besides partnering on some of their properties
