That's all fine but just saying buyouts always go by current market value.  KEL wouldn't buy them if it wasn't so cheap that's why they never did in the past.

A good reason for a higher bid......

There is not enough Canadian sourced condensate to dilute and ship oil sands in tank cars or by pipeline. The bulk of the required condensate is imported by rail cars from the USA.....Pembina is ...more

RTK sells itself for ~46% of NAV so there is a lot of room for a larger player to get involved. Shell perhaps? I wouldn't be surprised if it happens.........
