im not looking for a quick trade...but why wouldnt kelt make a play for rtk...i think they will.....and they could get them for under 6 bucks a share guarenteed......

teevee; The offer would come in as a cash/share option. I would opt for the paper which generally would be tax deferred. No potential for class actions if 90% accept offer imo.
