consolidating igna/fireweed and then selling remaining non-core assets is a good financial deal because it consolidates the fireweed asset and it will eliminate the overhead in RTK that now is spent

Exactly. Kel has no long term debt good balance sheet. Could raise some money to do a deal or just issue stock. Could prob pick it up for 250 a share.

First, an all paper offer from KEL would be a bad deal as KEL is one of the most over priced energy stocks on the market. Second, I can see no reason why KEL would make an offer for RTK as they can

looks like soemone wants to buy RTK and the only player I can think of is their JV partner in the inga/Fireweed play, KEL. KEL still has good value in their SP so they can easily swing a paper offer

2 wells in first half 2015.....production now at standstill or down and debt now at $80 million. This stock going no where but down until price of oil and nat gas improve. I won't be surprised if

Looking like oil will retest $30 at some point, Canadian western canada select grade already down to $40. If natural gas doesn't make a move this winter it too will test all time lows at $2. Not
