They have some tax credits, some fast tracked drugs in the pipeline and about 125M in cash that, right now, can be purchased for about 80-100 million. QLTI, from what I understand, has zero sales infrastructure, so even if they get their drugs approved, still have to negotiate licensing deals with someone - or as is the rumor, negotiate a buyout and transfer the assets to someone that can do something with them. Current shareholders might not have a belly for that.
