Basically back to Tributevia a huge, expensive US diversion.
Presumably they sell zonisity, if they can find a buyer who can make it profitable in US, expect a huge loss there. Maybe the canada asset get sold on to somebody else who can fit their business then investors stop having to pay these guys salaries.
