RE:RE:RE:RE:Very intriguing news releaseLike many others here, I have been wating for 2 years for someone to offer to buy out ARN. Unfortunately, it happened after the stiuation got this desparate. I hope that with the value of an offer out there, LTS will come in with a better one, which will satisfy the bank lenders and  the debenture holders. At that point, Aspenleaf will have to at least match that, with or without Spinco.
I believe that CPG has written off their investment and will not make an offer. 
As a shareholder, I would be happy enough receiving a Spinco particapation in Swan Hills provided that it was debt free and had a line of credit to participate with a competant and well financed driller.
Wishfull thinking maybe , but thats what I am hoping for.....
