I just don't get it.  What alternatives do they have?  Arcan is drowning in debt.  They are stuck between a rock and a hard spot.  They are going nowhere without some capital restructuring.

I for one am not going to wait around for a sweeter offer to land in our laps because there's not going to be one.   It's now or never IMO.



Just a few months ago they reported stellar numbers.  Why the necessity for this deal? - the situation has not deteriorated?  Why the desperation?  Patience my friend, patience.................
