I was wondering what happens in Asperleaf if the deal falls through. 
How will the pays salaries, bonuses .  etc.
Do they have any revenue ?
Or are they counting on getting their hands on the Arcan cash flow? 
 
Going foreward,
Maybe it’s not the end of the world to cut back on cap-x and loose a few employees.
 
Seems to me, Q1 would have been a lot better without the hedging loss of $8.5mn. An unrealized loss .... Can dollar swaps at $93 & $95 
Sales were $31.5mn less $5,8mn royalties.  $25mn a decent amount for a small co. 
 
The hardest of hard costs,
Financial & Interest  costs  were $6mn. 
G & A  colsts  $1.77mn
Operating  $5.5mn
