RE:RE:take the deal sillies...Tx Rouski -  I  am more than happy for them to modify the terms of the debenture in 2016.  Generous consent fee, increase in the coupon rate, improvement in the equity conversion terms - it is all good with me!

Lots of options that have not been explored....................  (But they don't generate those generous change of control payments to our wonderful leaders...................)
