Kindly elucidate where ARN will find the money to pay the debenture holders. ARN is on the edge and barely maintaining production as it is and oil prices are falling. I see no alternative to paying debenture holders with stock at market price. The only rational explanation for the debenture price holding up is that who ever is accumulating, expects conversion of the debture to shares which will give them a majority control of the company.
