there is always a flip side. As it is, ARN is treading water trying to keep production flat. Try imagining Arcan's situation if field people familiar with operations, like drilling and completion engineers left the company. Who in their right mind would want to work for a company like ARN that is on life support as it is? Perhaps if it wasn't for retention bonus to employees, they would be leaving to look for better opportunity elsewhere? Where would that leave ARN?
