Go For It DL

Go For It DLDoes anyone believe that Radio Hill will be upgraded for anything but gold?  Ya, they'll use the crushers for cobalt and nickel because the gold isn't worth as much:

So they start with processing 1360 tpd at say 15 gpt = 650 ounces per day (you can plug in any gpt you want).  Let say cash cost of $400 U.S. per ounce and sell at $1,200 U.S. an ounce for a pre tax profit of $800 an ounce so after tax profit of $500 an ounce.  So 650 ounces per day times $500 = $325,000 of profit per day.  Cost of $20 million U.S. to get the mill running and start leasing mining equipment and trucks to haul the ore so payback in 62 days of full mill operation.  The cash profits for a full year are 360 days x $325,000 =  $117,000,000 or $0.21 per share per year.  Novo gets 50 percent of the profit on JV land but so what.  Charge Novo extra for the cost of the original plant and everything but the kitchen sink.  If DL can get bank financing, he needs to think big and go for 5,000 tpd instead of 2,700 tpd upgrade he's planning now.  Just think what the profit would be if Purdy's reward turns out to be 30 gpt?
