Who's got the Most Geo's In the Field?

It's probably Novo with enough funds to have Geo's going over every square meter between Purdy's and Comet with metal detector's.  My guess (with help from a friend) is that a merger or buyout of the JV agreement is coming before the end of the year and Novo wants all the data it can get on what's there.  Say 1 share of Novo for 30 shares of Artemis with a 1/2 share warrant for $6 exercisable when Novo SP hits $12.  Same deal as ES got.  Novo will wants to move before someone else figures out what Artemis's 50% is really worth and makes an offer.

Hi WH.  How about 1 share of KL for 40 of ARV?.  That's would be even sweeter for ARV shareholders, of which I am one.  And with insignificant share dilution for KL (less than 15mil) for the addition of the world class deposit sitting under ARV. And then the JV would be quite irrelevent - NVO and KL - a nice big happy ES family.  And Aussie investors would be even more ...more

That would be approximately $0.415 per share Canadian.  A 44% bump up from current market price.  Sounds good to me.

And look what you get in return. Wonderful deal. And then the KL / NVO consolidation would be the next event. Even better. Thru our humble beginnings at ARV we end up the crown jewels. Tx

I don't like it at all. ARV holders should be looking at 10x from here as a minimum.  44% is chump change imo.

10x  could happen if ARV was listed on the Venture? Listing on the Pink Sheet OTC and ASX dosen't seem to bring any exictement to this company.

I think there is some merit in your comment. ARV is definitely restricted to parochial exchanges. But I think the real discount in stock price is a market perception of an inferior management team coupled with the fact that ARV does not control the JV and has no real source of capital other than dilution. NVO has a sugar daddy with KL and ES, and a more integrated management team tied to it's ...more

I prefer it because it's not chump change in my eyes. You get a great growth stock in return with KL, a much better management team, and listed on 3 exchanges (TSX, New York, and soon ASX). With a much bigger part of the Pilbara conglomerate play, leave alone all the other KL assets. And more takeovers to come. I only planned for a three to five bagger with ARV, and then wanted to move on to ...more

It all depends on the upcoming resource estimate for JV property.  If 10 million ounces, which would be huge IMO.  Approximately 464 million shares out, so to be valued at $2.80 Canadian the after tax profit would have to be $1.3 billion.  Artemis's would get 5 of the 10 million ounces. So dividing 5 million ounces into $1.3 billion gives $260 an ounce Canadian after tax profit. ...more

I actually believe that ARV JV lands hold much much more than 10mil ounces. But they don't control it and they have nothing but expenses for the near future. Basically, they can't go indefinitely against the NVO/KL cash machine. So DL's best business option would be to have ARV absorbed at join the more sustainable team. That's my view of the situation. Tx
