I'll take it. It may be a old rust bucket - but it's a fully permitted old rust bucket. And, the only rust bucket within hundreds of kilometers. That makes it much more than an old rust bucket. But you would need the insight to understand that.  Try getting a mill permitted these dayus and see how long that takes.... Maybe Kirkland will do just that. But I'll bet Kirkland ends up

Outward appearance is meaningless.  All that takes is a coat of paint--DL has jokingly suggested maybe painting it pink.  The innards are in great shape.  Only fresh water ever has run through the mill--no corrosion.  What needs to be completed is the rewiring and update to current safety standards.  This will be finished by what I think DL said would be mid-2018.
