RE: for new readers It all looks good, I've bought a chunk, and for a change, I'm mostly patient, holding for longer than a day or week or 2. Patience inspired by the quality of the opportunity we have here.
I do wonder why the JV partner gave Cooper a sweet deal: access to infrastructure at cost, options on their own lands. Do they not have time to exploit everything they have? Can't imagine they needed ARW's money on the options. Maybe it's standard biz for smaller explorers to take some risk off by not going it along. And maybe Cooper was better than most at sniffing out a good deal and negotiating for favorable terms. I'd think so based on what we've seen.
Does Coop have some exceptionally talented Geo's so much that the JV would want to give coop the options because ARW could develop the potential better than the JV?
