Only for the techies on the board. This chart pattern is a perfect example of a stock hemmed in by the long term down trend line. While extraordinary news might violate these trend lines for a period of time, they always find their truth course which in this case, is down. It hasn't bottomed yet, and nothing (chart wise) would indicate that it's ready for a true "run"
If ARW can even attempt a stab at establishing some kind of support level, it might be worth looking at. Until then, protect your capital
PS: You need to take a straight edge and run it across the tops of the highs for the last 3 years and you'll get the idea of which way ARW is heading
