I hate to say it....but 9 million for the early success of arw's drill programs. Is not a great deal. If I had the cash. I would be honoured to do it. These lenders have visons where crude will be in 10 years. If over $150 a barrel. The lenders make 100000% return. This why arw will get financing. Now times has changed, & these lenders are trying to get as much meat on the bone, because they know many are desperate. Arw is a great candidate for any sort of loan, based on what we have, not out of desperation. Arw is far from desperation. Sellers panicked. Thats it.
