RE:Q3 ResultsI believe the answer may be no.  Recall that the company adopted a poison pill a few quarters ago.  I'm guessing it is this fact that caused the price to fall from the .50's to where it is today (and also the reason I sold some time ago).  IMHO this was not a goo'm d move, particularly for a company that was growing at a pace of roughly 15%.

Of course a deal is still possible, but I had to ask myself if any deal would be near as good for shareholders if there was no pill in place.

I would finally like to note that the runups prior to earnings releases have been muted in comparison to those prior to the institution of the pill. FWIW.....

....but what do I know?
