Q3 Results

Outstanding quarter, 30% growth, in line with commitments for the  year. So is the recent, volume/price pressure, accumulation, a pre curser for buyout?

Monster Q. That acceleration in growth was impressive, we should see a bounce in the share price as I believe the street wasn't believing that the 40-42M and 2-3M EBITDA target was reachable.  I think we bounce back to 0.45-0.50/share range by the end of the year now. My take away, hurricanes are quite bullish for SY.V, 900K in incremental revenue in its Property business unit for ...more

I believe the answer may be no.  Recall that the company adopted a poison pill a few quarters ago.  I'm guessing it is this fact that caused the price to fall from the .50's to where it is today (and also the reason I sold some time ago).  IMHO this was not a goo'm d move, particularly for a company that was growing at a pace of roughly 15%. I think less to do with poison pill than corelogic holdings and skin in the game. this company top heavy with too many fingers and different agenda amongst owners. cleaning house year end,tired of the heavy hand on the share price. Was hoping for better(of course) but out of patience. Probably spike now but doubt it. good fortunes folks

I hear you on that, but aren't the pill and owner agendas part in parcel? Retailers need the protection that a potential hostile bid might bring imo....course I could be wrong....
