What I like ...
1. maximizing P3 success - glad he said it but I knew it was going to be maximized with Stauffer, the IDMC team and the training/data collection for participants.
2. US exchange in sync with P3 - expected but nice to hear. That means we're likely going late 2021 or really early 2022. To be determined but I think 2021 still has a possibility but depends on things we just don't know about (pending news).
3. Sounds like Dan is hinting that Citagenix will be gone before going to a US exchange - that would clean things up before the US Exchange and before P3 begin - that's my opinion.
4. Multiple global partners in negotiations ... can only be helpful to ATE to have multiple interests out there and our ability to choose.
5. Fresh IP for 352 and 340 - used to only be 340 but ATE made an important change here. When we further extend IP to existing product, we're only talking about OTENA. This will most certainly become a talking point in negotiations regarding future IP. If a partner doesn't want new IP drug as well then they're only bidding on OTENA. That would leave the new IP as a future contender to OTENA and who wants that ? They're going to need to bid on the future molecule as well or be left competing with it one day.
6. As much as it's about OTENA and extending specific drug patents - in negotiations a keen partner will be interested in hearing about our ability to extend old drug patents and make them new again. That's the real value here (IMO). With multiple potential partners out there, someone is going to be more aligned with us and our abilities. Someone is going to see that value and wonder if they should make a move (IMO).
That's why I'm all bulked up baby - so I don't have to worry about timing.
