Hiring Stern

...was the best thing management has done to advance Antibe.

Unlike many here i remain a realist about Antibe's immediate future.  I believe Antibe will receive partnership offers and will turn them down because the offers will not price in the potential and upside in 346.

Antibe will be 'lowballed'. The reason why is because of the acetaminophin 'significance' that crushed Antibe's share price when otherwise brilliant phase 2 data was released.

Potential partners will not pay a premium for potential until that 'significance' is erased by further data.  This means phase 3 results that address the acetaminophin 'significance'.

Presently the company is pretending all is well.

Stern will--If they are the top pros they were hired to be, and are being paid to be, around five months into their six month contract--sit Dan down and explain to him the facts of life.

Antibe must come clean, preferably in the highest profile industry journal possible, about the acetaminophen significance.  The article should explain that the initial phase 3 tests of 346 will have more patients, more doses over longer periods and all will include post test acetaminophin results that will be clinically 'insignificant'.

That's what top public relations people do for their clients.

Then, Antibe can resume it's inevitable rise premised on the superior science behind 346.  Presently, that science is under a cloud creating the present situation which must be addressed.

Hey blazesb, You are aware the drug is Naproxen attached to a hydrogen sulfide molecule, right? Not acetaminophen which is tylenol. All the best.

Afro, you need to get yourself up to speed on the phase 2 data fiasco.  Acetaminophin 'significance' is, bizarrely, a very real thing.

You're referencing that the trial allowed patients to simultaneously dose with acetaminophen at their own discretion right? Which in turn caused the higher liver enzymes in some. I'm sure big pharma is aware of this and reasonable determine how much Atb-346 vs acetaminophen caused the liver enzyme increase. If Atb-346 was the sole cause, don't you think all patients would have had ...more

Great point How's! My question to the FDA...How on earth did  you (FDA ) ever pass this drug back in 1951? Liver damage is a real possibility, if taken for an extended period of time or a high single dose!   Why would anyone ever take this medication, and yet we dish it out to our children...If the FDA accepted this awful drug, then we should be accepted with open arms...As said in ...more

What you and i think doesn't matter.  What does matter is that until the first phase 3 is completed the acetaminophen issue remains. The acetaminophin 'signifigance' caused the $29 million cash raise to be priced at 0.40 per share when the market price was over .70.   Antibe management sold 1/4 of the company at .40 per share.  That price had the acetaminophin ' ...more

You really think the higher liver enzymes alone caused the raise at $0.40? The raise at that price was due to a poorly worded NR and mass selling by people realizing their money would not be doubling after phase 2 results as expected. Then the bought deal was presented at the market price at the time. The liver enzymes alone did not sink the price. I agree that the issue will need be addressed in ...more

Antibe trades at .40 today.  That's what Dan Legault thinks its worth.  Baked into that price is the entirety of phase 2 data including acetaminophen 'significance'. I posted about Stern to clarify what it could do for Antibe which includes what has to this time been missing: a proper response to phase 2 with reference to acetaminophen 'significance'.  I've ...more

Disagree. 1-You are conflating the significance of the "tylenol significance". Again on par with other NSAIDs, single digit percentage of elevated AST (which can happen with any activity, such as  from a long walk or hike) that was discussed ad nauseum on the dock side chat in bio pub, and can't be directly attributed to 346, espeically when compared to the GI safety data. 2 ...more

Haha, agreed. Once blazeB said they were gonna sit dan down and have a heart to heart chat with him I realized this guy doesn't have a clue. Maybe he's looking for clues? See what I did there ;)

Who do you trust on Covid 19:  Donald Trump or Dr. Anthony Fauci? Who do you trust on Antibe phase 2 data: Dan Legault or Dr. Wallace? Stern gave a hint to the answer with Dr. Wallace's editorial in the Chicago press.  It'll be interesting to watch them pursue this line. Burnish Dr. Wallace and eventually address the phase 2 data fiasco.  That's the only path forward ...more

You are so fixated on one thing that you are making yourself look like you don't know what you are actually invested in.

Also if you think the phase 2 data was a fiasco then you are clearly out of it. Go watch the dockside chat and listen to dr. Stauffer. Do you not trust his expert medical opinion and years of working with nsaids and the fda and trials. Cmon man

Here is someone who doesnt know how to compare things. And that fact that you call the phase 2 data a "fiasco" and concluding stern's (yet to be) marketing campaign for ATE, to already be hinted at in the chicago press demonstrates: poor crtitical analysis, mind reading, unqualified certainty, and you havent done your due diligience.    You sound just like that other dip  ...more

[HARD......ON ......SUCH AN AWFUL WORD TO BE USED IN PUBLIC.   Yup...everyone do the Due Dilligence!  Very important when insiders sell a few weeks ago for approx 40% more than current price! Nothing against Mugs, he is just a dummy mouthpiece..... except he is the voice of.......guess who! No prizes here.  Too simple!

Still haven't answered my private messages for an adult debate on Antibe I notice? Til you do I will continue to call you out because no one is gonna listen to you cause you can't even back up your own points. Insiders selling is old news at this point, and any real investor who did their DD knows how the insider selling played out. You screaming for people to do their DD and reference ...more

The organization running the trial cannot tell people that they can't take aspirin, acetaminophin or anything else for their OA pain after completing the trial and waiting for their follow-up blood draw. It sounds like you would just have the trial patients suffer after being taken off OPX/346? Sadistic. All IS well. Acetaminophin use is a standard practice and the increased liven enzymes are ...more
