I don't think so. If another partnership in near term, there is no need to have a bought deal. Most likely, ATE/AH deal might announce any time. Hopefully, ATE don't have to pay AH cash in order to fully own the platform.

i don't this so because yesterday's News clearly say to fully fund phase 3. that means  it will be used for phase 3 and not paying for the IP

Roger that Crow!   I am totally going to back you on that.  Reading through some of the other commentary here, I am of the opinion that this bought financing is much different than last June. Sure, same players, but the Nuance deal gives Antibe way more leverage going into this round of Fund Raising.  Smart move.  They need money for P3 but they had options.    ...more
