Cash Position

The irony about having the cash position that Antibe has - is that they don't have to go to 'the market' (retail investors) for years - which means that they and underwriters and 'consultants' won't be hyping or pumping the stock - which means that it is going to be at this level and lower for years...

Is there anything worth buying? Dental putty and tools? They don't really have any patents to speak of...nor would the value of potential patents be known until proven = years to a decade or more away.

Why pump and hype unless you are going to raise? The CEO has already said that they have a 'runway paved with retail cash' for a couple of years at the current burn rate - they can and likely will extend that 'runway' by slowing the fire down...

Yea I'm just keeping my money in and considering it lost at this point. Hoping for a future return somehow, but with Dan just seems like a slimeball only concerned with misleading shareholders, filling his own greedy pockets and pleasing his golddigging wife. The guy has got to go, he's been leading investors on for too long.

Damn, you got me, I'm actually "baggerx99". The jig is up lol. Seriously though, can you honestly say the way Dan has been handling things is in the interest of shareholders?? Do you really think he's fit to be CEO, this is the same guy that sold at an ATE high right before it plummeted. His excuse "to keep the wife happy"... I want to believe in the product, but sucks ...more

He didn't sell at the high. It was in the low to mid four dollar range if I'm not mistaken.
Comment by SomeBro on Oct 18, 2021 12:44pm
If I remember correctly it was actually at around .75 - .80, which would be $7.50 - $8 now.

You don't remember correctly, he sold 75,000 shares @ 4.00 CAD.

Definitely more that 75,000 shares though lol, like I said before, I really wanna believe in the product, would help so many people. It's just sad that the CEO had to be a greedy sh!tstain like Dan.

Anybody look to see how many he still retains? Can you blame a guy for taking some cash for his hard work? If you were him you'd do the same if you needed cash? CEO is no different. Lots of insiders holding shares still. Again no big insider sell off. Speaks volumes more than what you all are prattling on about. GLTA

Continue cheerleading this garbage
Comment by Layth1990 on Oct 18, 2021 6:31pm
Hard work? What are you taking about ? This guy fu*ked everyone and he sold some because he knew about atb 346 issues and it is against the law to do that as an insider. Stop giving excuses, this guy must leave and the company will rise after that because anyone will outperform his sh*tty performance.   he doesn't know what he is doing. I can't get out of mind his reverse split ...more

We've had this discussion about management. Fact is ... we have no control over that now - so it's a waste of time trying to look for a different answer. He was voted onto the board and you have him for another year. He will likely be voted to the board again the following year. Repeating comments about his tax planning isn't going to change anything - dude has what ... 1,200,000 ...more

What you're saying makes sense and it's nice that management isn't falsely pumping this stock (refreshing actually). I don't believe however that they are gonna drag a$$ for the next few years and do nothing, they just need some time to regroup and formulate next steps. They got to Phase 3 not by being stupid liars. The science speaks for itself. These are called trials for a ...more
