Big Hit

to the company 20M +4M interest, this is why i dumped all my shares above $1.05 last week the risk was just to great. and now the uncertainty going forward. a cash raise is now on the table sooner than later.

In light of the arbitral ruling, the Company is evaluating its development and milestone plans for the balance of 2024, which may include adjusting timelines as circumstances require.
