Take this as a bullish sign meaning that Premier want to keep their negotating terms close to their chest (They like the area and are looking at other opportunities perhaps. All we know is they are farming in up to 50% and will be paying a promote (i.e. more than 50% to earn 50% etc).
Rumours that Premier could be taking out Sterling and/or Encore who both have acreages in the area. These all have partners so hence the "veil of secrecy" on farm-in terms
Scott Berry told me recently no decision on Carra yet.
This one has been real slow but looks like some action at last
