You get approx 0.19 shs of Crown pt for every 1 AEN share. I would imagine the effective date is after the shareholder vote for AEN
As I said before- the theory goes there is nothing in the current SP for Argie for AEN at this moment- so just take your shares of Crown pt and sell them in May and you will get approx 21c cash per AEN share ( think as of a divi!)
In an ideal world, Crown pt should go down because it is being diluted, but its more likekly to go up in the interim so you will get a SP bounce too there..(hint they are drilling low risk oil right now..)
